Savaree “Sav” Hazard-Chaney is a 401-based self taught artist. She uses culture, community and design through her work to connect and build. Her exploration and passion for “rug tufting” has found Rhode Isalnd’s FIRST Black, Queer and Woman-owned Tufting Studio.
Through Rhode Island PBS and Art Inc., I was able to lend my talents capturing and editing this story that would help reflect who Sav is an artist as well as to help promote her business within the Rhode Island art community.
